OVERVIEW Fair Management Practices is designed to provide managers and individual contributors with the understanding of employment law as it relates to their day-to-day work life. This workshop presents the critical employment laws that impact managers and employees. The workshop is designed to limit the liability and risk of the company through understanding of current employment law and appropriate application on the job.
