TITLE T.E.A.M.I.N.G.

OVERVIEW Building High Performance Teams is a highly interactive, experiential workshop designed for in-tact teams. The team is introduced to the TEAMING Process and immediately begins applying the process to their own team, building strength and increasing capability wherever they need it most. Whether the team is one that is having difficulty achieving its goals, or is a good team looking to become great, teams who participate in this workshop become more focused, more committed and more energized. The TEAMING Process enables teams to not only work more effectively and collaboratively within the team, it provides the team with the tools and processes to enable the team to function more effectively within the larger organization.

T.E.A.M.I.N.G.: Seven Steps for Creating High Performance Teams is our seven-step process that enables teams to attain high performance levels. Based on research, and validated with business, leadership and academic experts, this process has enabled teams throughout the United States and Europe to become more effective and better positioned to achieve team goals, even in the face of changing priorities and "scope-creep".

Target - a common purpose by identifying a compelling opportunity or problem.

Engage - with key stakeholders, building a coalition of constituents to rally around the common purpose.

Align - a well-defined roadmap that points the way, defines the goal, and leverages and integrates ongoing, effective operations.

Market - communicate, communicate, communicate!

Implement - plan, ensuring that team members deliver on their commitments to each other.

Numerate - measuring the impact of actions, and assessing successes and failures.

Grow - success, energizing the team to keep testing the threshold of "greatness".
