The Influencing Skills workshop is designed to increase participants' effectiveness influencing others, particularly those over whom they have no formal authority.
The workshop introduces the Influence through Exchange Model and helps participants apply the model to their real-world influence situations. Participants learn how to be more effective influencing a wide variety of people by exploring the fundamentals and factors of influence, and examining communication styles by completing a Communication Styles Self-Assessment.
